Double sided sublimation journal. Will require assembly after you sublimate the cover. Align spine of cover with the pad of paper insert. Peel insert and rub to cover; repeat process for back cover.
Sublimation setting: 400 degrees/60 seconds. Time may vary based on model heat press.
